TERMS AND CONDITIONS for VIP Formula E tickets promotion


  1. The VIP Electric Lounge Formula E tickets promotion (“the promotion”) is open to all Halfords customers in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
  2. With each purchase of any TotalEnergies product purchase in-store and online (sold in 1 & 5 L Packs) you could be in with a chance to win 1 of 5 pairs of Electric Lounge Formula E tickets to the London E-Prix held at the ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London, E16 1XL on 15th August 2026.
  3. Entrants from the Republic of Ireland will be eligible to receive one of the five sets.

To enter the promotion:

  1. For in-store orders, simply scan the QR code at the TotalEnergies promotional bay where you will be taken to a gamification landing page. You will need to enter the 6-digit Transaction number that can be found on your physical receipt after purchase.
  2. For online orders, visit the online page https://order-flo.com/campaign/totalenergies-formula-e/2026 where you will be taken to a gamification landing page. You will need to enter the 6-digit Transaction number that can be found on your email confirmation receipt after purchase.
  3. One entry with each purchase.
  4. Participants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If such fraudulent methods are used your entry may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TotalEnergies.
  5. Transaction numbers will be verified and confirmed before issuing the prize.
  6. All eligible entries will be entered into a prize draw. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The Promoter’s decision regarding the winners is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The tickets will be sent via email to the winner shortly after verification. Please allow up to 10 working days from receiving the winning email notification to receive the tickets.
  8. If a winning entry is invalid and the purchase does not qualify, it will be withdrawn and TotalEnergies will redraw a new winner.
  9. The promotion will run from the 14th April 2026 until 18 May 2026. Entrants participating after this date will not be eligible.

  11. This promotion is limited to tickets and hospitality only. All winners will be responsible for covering their own travel and overnight accommodation expenses.
  12. TotalEnergies’ decision is final and binding and no discussions and/or correspondence will be entered into in relation to any of the winners of the promotion. The winners will be notified by email immediately.
  13. If the prize is declined or the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the notification, then in such circumstances TotalEnergies reserves the right to award the prize to another player, selected in accordance with these terms. The replacement winner will be notified by TotalEnergies in the same manner prescribed above. TotalEnergies shall have no liability to a winner in the event the winner is unable to take up or receive their prize.
  14. The promoter is TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited of 10 Upper Bank Street (19th Floor), Canary Wharf, London, E14 5BF (“TotalEnergies”).
  15. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  16. The promotion is open to all Halfords customers in the UK only.
  17. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. TotalEnergies reserves the right to verify the age of the entrants. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  18. The promotion is not open to employees, consultants or agents of TotalEnergies, Halfords colleagues or anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.
  19. TotalEnergies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify an entrant, amend these Terms or any of them, or to cancel, amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
  20. By entering the prize draw, the winners agree to take part in any associated publicity relating to the prize draw and / or the award without further consent or payment when required. The winning entrant’s personal information will only be used by TotalEnergies, its agents or affiliates for the purposes of administering the Competition and notifying the winner and in accordance with TotalEnergies’ Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the use of your data in this way, please do not enter this competition. By entering the promotion, you consent to TotalEnergies processing your personal data.
  21. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month after the Closing Date of the competition. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  22. TotalEnergies accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. TotalEnergies has no control over communications networks and shall not be responsible for entries lost in transmission, or received later due to high online traffic levels, for technical malfunction or otherwise.
  23. These Terms and any obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Nothing in this clause shall deprive entrants resident in the Republic of Ireland of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of Irish Law. Disputes arising out or in connection with either the Competition or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  24. All parties undertake, in connection with the Agreement, to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Where required, the promotion shall be operated in accordance with all applicable licensing or permit requirements.”
  25. All parties undertake to comply with anti-corruption, export controls and/or international economic sanctions.
